Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, only minutes from Historic downtown Charlottetown and our red sandy beaches.

Three bedroom, fully furnished, semi detached home. The top floor has open concept living room, dining area, kitchen with island, two bedrooms and one full bath. The kitchen is fully set up and equipped with stainless steel appliances and entry way to a side deck with BBO and eating area. There is also a more secluded back deck, great for relaxing at the end of a busy day.

Downstairs contains one bedroom, bathroom with stand up shower, laundry room with washer and dryer and a large furnished rec room with a 55″ Smart TV, includes satellite TV with NHL Center Ice package and wireless internet.

Great location

Place was as advertised, and a perfect location away from everything in a nice neighborhood, but close to everything in Charlottetown.

Fantastic stay

We booked well in advance, my first time doing so. The property was exactly as described, plenty of space. Very well appointed with everything you might need for any length of stay. We did not take advantage of the fully appointed kitchen or the Bbq as we were there for the CBMF. There was room for two cars to park in the driveway, it is in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the shops and restaurants of Charlottetown. I have no complaints, we were all very happy with our accommodation.

The host Alla was absolutely an incredible host. We are traveling with a 10 month old baby boy.. Alla was so accommodating to help us with the babies needs. We are thankful for the supplies she provided us.We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived.The house was well equipt with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with dshes, pots and pans, utensils and more. It was the perfect place to stay for our family with plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Alla for a fantastic stay .

The best B&B we have rented

We and our friends 5 adults in total have 8 days trips for visiting east coast Canada, and stayed 3 nights at this house in August 2024. It is the best B&B we have rented. House and property are quite new, very clean, smell good, and well stocked with modern decoration. It located in a new community, very quite, so convenient and close to shopping center, such as Walmart, PEI liquor. The owner Alla is always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we would 100% recommend this house to any family or friends who love clean and would like to visit PEI.
