Luxury 3 BR condo w/ private Jacuzzi/ decks/ bbq.
About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this amazing property! Close to RVH hospital (3.5 km), a walk to downtown Barrie restaurants, shopping, craft brewery and amazing waterfront/ beach. 2 min. to Hwy 400 - Central to local ski resorts (Horseshoe Resort, Mount St. Louis Moonstone, Snow Valley) and golf courses.
Beautiful Chefs kitchen and open concept main floor, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 covered deck areas with Jaccuzzi hot tub.
The space
Purpose built 4 unit home with an additional guest house. Large property for downtown Barrie. Large trees provide privacy from other homes. We have 3 airbnb spaces. 2 with there own private outdoor space. We live on the property and take great pride in the space we have built and share. We also have 1 units with long term rentals to close friends! We have 2 dogs that may bark if they see you on the deck but they are very friendly
