This inviting home offers a seamless indoor/outdoor layout to make the most of this stunning location, with an open-plan, air-conditioned living area where glass doors to the deck capture the views and maximise natural light. A comfy corner sofa provides ample seating for a movie by the fireplace, while a second living space with cosy armchairs and a TV offers extra room to relax.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer everything you need to cook and share meals, including a 10-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also dine alfresco on the deck while you soak up the sea breezes and spectacular views overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Below, a pet-friendly backyard and a tennis court offer further space to enjoy the outdoors, while a swimming pool is the perfect spot to cool down after a few matches.

Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests, with the primary and second bedrooms offering queen beds, and the third offering a bunk with two singles. The pool studio, located under the main home with a separate entrance, offers two single beds, a portable AC unit, and its own bathroom. Two more bathrooms in the home offer privacy and ease, each appointed with a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while one also includes a freestanding bathtub.

Other conveniences include a private washing machine and dryer, off-street parking and central heating throughout the home.

Mount Martha Beach is a five-minute drive, where you’ll find a picnic area and BBQ facilities. Experience panoramic views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne with Arthurs Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola 10-minutes' drive from your stay. Other nearby attractions include Peninsula Hot Springs and the surrounding wineries.
