I stayed at this property for 1 month while repairs were being done on my home. Ms. Zhu’s house was a great place for me and my daughter to stay. My first impression was that the house was very, very clean -which I appreciated so much. The house was warm and inviting and very comfortable to be in. It was a large space for just 2 of us and our cat and dog but we certainly enjoyed the big space. We were so happy to find a place that took animals and our pets were very welcome there. Ms. Zhu always responded quickly when we had a question or concern and we were made to feel very welcome! This place is large for two people but would suit a larger family group as well. We very much enjoyed our stay!9

?New rental property- many missing essentials.
Stayed for week leading up to family wedding. Host aware we would be up to 5 adults, toddler, infant, and dog (incl. a dog did limit our choices so were grateful for this option.)
Location was very good re proximity to airport, grocery stores, and walking trails.
Amount of physical space including garage and driveway was also good but we were unaware until finally reaching host to find out how to access house that there were tenants downstairs. Although they did not bother us, we were concerned our children and dog could be bother for them.
Main concern was lack of supplies. Nice new deck but no outside deck / lawn furniture. Backyard area not well-maintained. Very limited dishes (eg only 4 or less mugs, glasses, bowls, cutlery), no serving dishes, limited kitchen supplies and utensils (no oven mitts, no can opener, broken scissors, 2 kettles but drip coffee maker and no filters or coffee although there were Keurig coffee pods), minimal dish soap (had to buy more after first day) and diluted hand soap in bathroom. Fortunately we were able to borrow some supplies from a relative in Calgary but also had to buy some essentials as our intention was to prepare and eat most meals at the rental home.
Furnishings minimal-eg. only sofa and wheeled office chair in living room.
We also had issues with windows as opening/closing mechanisms broken and toilet (single toilet for some time prior to lengthy plumber visit.)
Certainly did not live up to previous Vrbo experiences.
