Welcome to this is exquisite and large first floor apartment in one of Saint John's finest examples of Victorian Architecture. The interior is lovingly restored to its beautiful original (1870) condition, with vintage furnishings. Go back in the years and relax in comfort in this spacious apartment. Located in the Uptown you will be a short walk from all conveniences, and the vibrant uptown with restaurants, TD Station, live theatre, bars, shopping, and historic beauty.

Fully equipped to make your stay fantastic!
Reception and Dining area is large and spacious 1200 sq. ft. with 12 foot ceilings. Dining area sits 6 people.
Large modern eat in Kitchen with dishwasher
Washer and Dryer in Apartment
One full bath with shower/tub combination and one 1/2 bath with vanity. Two Large Bedrooms both have new queen beds, both with TV's. There is a dresser and night tables in each room.
1 smaller Bedroom with single bed and night table.

Other things to note
Evening and weekend parking is right across from the door on Sewell Street and is pretty easy to find. There is also parking on Paddock Street and Charlotte Street.
However, during the day, there is a two hour limit. You will need to move the car by 10 am at the latest and can park back there for the night after 4. It usually pretty easy to find a spot. The Daytime is the busy time.
If that does not work for you, there is a parking garage down at the bottom of the hill that is $15 a day. It is only $5 for the night hours.
