Our Cosy Cottage is the perfect little Island getaway home away from home. Whether your looking to sight see or here on business, the Island is bursting with life and ready for you to explore. We are located in Greater Victoria's West Shore in the heart of Colwood just a short walk or 2 minute drive to Hatley Castle, Royal Road University, Fort Rodd Hill, Esquimalt Lagoon waterfront, Bird Sanctuary, Royal Bay Bakery, Royal Bay, Royal Bay Beach Park, Pacific landing, and much more. We recommend having a vehicle to better help you enjoy your stay. The space includes;
Private parking w/private entrance, fully fenced and landscaped yard,1 bdrm with queen size Tempur-pedic bed, full bath, full kitchen, microwave, laundry, breakfast nook, pullout Dbl couch for extra guest or kids, Tv, cable, WIFI, Movies, games, books, indoor fire place, skylight, French doors and private patio with love seat & chairs, BBQ, herb garden and more.
Great little spot to unwind and relax after a day of site seeing.

Perfect Location for Royal Roads

I rented the cottage as I was doing a six day residency at Royal Roads. I was the envy of my cohort as I had all the amenities of home, had the ability to cook healthy meals, and I got to sleep on a very comfortable bed! The place is cozy and comfortable. Just perfect for me doing my studies and having some down time in the evening!

The Cozy Cottage has all you need!

The hosts keep the cottage clean , well stocked and comfortable. All the little extras were appreciated and well thought out. We loved the nautical theme. We have only two suggestions: more lighting in the kitchen (maybe some over the counters), and a new mattress (with two of us, we kept rolling in to the centre of the bed).
