View was nice. BUT you can't use the balcony or have the door open unless you like to smell cigarette smoke from the neighbors!

Unfortunately, Elliott Beach Rentals does not own or control the building, and we are not the HOA or onsite management company, so we are unable to control the actions of other guests or owners within the property. We certainly understand how this could impact your enjoyment of the balcony and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
