Enjoyed our stay, great communication, comfy beds, very clean. The only thing was a lack of outdoor furniture on the deck, but we will definately be back.

Snow's a bit hit and miss some weekends, so good to hear the lodge more than made up for it. Come back up to Lyford any time.

Beautiful location for a quiet, romantic getaway. The bathtub with the accordion window made for a perfect sunset experience. There isn’t much to do nearby in the summer, as the mountain is private (and quite strictly so), but it’s only about a 30-minute drive to fishing on the Waiau River or biking in and around town.
