Enjoy the luxury of being located in a peaceful bushland environment while only a stone`s throw away from glorious beaches.

This property features spacious interiors, original polished floorboards, a large family room with floor to ceiling bi-fold doors to the outdoor entertaining deck providing ample sunlight throughout the house and a beautiful outlook to the manicured gardens and pet-friendly yard. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living area with ducted heating/cooling, a toasty warm fireplace and 3 bedrooms + a separate studio which provides plenty of space for the family holiday.

Diamond Retreat ideally located in Pearl Beach village, and barely a 3 minute walk its pristine, calm beach, which includes the recently restored rock pool. It is only a 10 minunte drive to Umina Beach and Ettalong. Despite being so close to all the conveniences, this house feels totally secluded and peaceful, being surrounded by natural bushland, immensely tall gum trees and open spaces.

Master bedroom contains queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains queen bed and bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds. The separate studio contains 4 single beds (bunks) and an ensuite bathroom.

* Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave
* Outdoor entertaining with large timber deck, gas BBQ, outdoor seating for 8. Please note; Deck does not have a rail on it so young children must be supervised.
* Ducted air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, WI-FI, off-street parking for 2
* Fully fenced backyard; pet-friendly-small dog only (please advise when booking)
* Main bathroom with bath, shower. Full internal laundry with washer, dryer

Very comfortable family and pet friendly accommodation in great location. Would recommend.

We booked Diamond Retreat plus several other holiday homes for a big family 80th birthday celebration. Accom staff were helpful and courteous and made arrival process easy. Great location close to beach and cafe. Would definitely stay again.

Great for families

A great spot for 2 families to spend time together. Plenty of space for teens to be away from parents. Although a little chilly in the back shed, this is remedied with the provided heater.

Lovely house

Really well-located, just a short walk from beach, cafe and arboretum. House was very clean and easy to live in. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Could do with drawers/wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms currently without. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas at Pearl Beach

A great, relaxing open plan house with bi-fold doors opening onto a back deck and garden. Well equipped large open kitchen . Some painting required inside. Close to beach and coffee! A nice place to unwind and have fun! Wifi and Netflix provided. The owners even left a Christmas tree - very thoughtful.

pleasant very well situated property, the accomodation in what would have been the old garage a bit disappointing, as was a lack of any cupboard space in 2 bedrooms was disappointing, nevertheless I would overall strongly recommend the property

Great location

Close to the beach, dogs allowed. Comfy beds and very modern bathrooms. Plenty of space and nice outside deck. Kitchen a little disappointing (could do with some new frying pans/more than 2 dishwasher tablets for 7 people). Wifi didn't work. Kids loved the table tennis / but it is old so you need to be very careful when packing it away.

Family reunion

The large size of the property is a rare find 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms great size comfortable living and kitchen areas, plenty of linen, good wifi, friendly gardener, beautiful little village. Just a few things can be easily fixed - TV is a BSc needed to operate, generally whole property should be cleaner inside and outside please. However absolutely recommend the property and the agency, thank you
