The house overall was nice. It met our basic needs on this beautiful island. However, it definitely needs some serious TLC and upgrades. I had read in a previous review that there was a lack of dish cloths for the dishes, so we did bring our own. Thankfully we did because there was none in the house only hand towels. However the kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need. The home has many extra supplies such as an air fryer, blender, plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, etc. In addition, they have a small refrigerator just for your beverages. The beach chairs and cooler were very helpful. If you're thinking of sleeping on the couch, it is absolutely impossible. It is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on in my life. The location was great as it was close enough to walk to Lings and Sons as well as the Divi Beach. Having the laundry on site was extremely helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable, but we would have liked a TV in each of the extra two bedrooms for privacy and comfortablity. The pool was beautiful with the beach platform and swimming area. There was plenty of seating outside. I would have to say our biggest complaint was the couch. Other than that the property met all of our needs. Our favorite part of the property was the backyard and location!

House was clean and easy to check in. A very central location on the island. Bring hand towels, dishrags, etc. We got 1 hand towel for the bathroom for the week and NO dish rags. Only a sponge. Hard to clean off tables with a sponge. Ladder to bunkbed broke when the kids climbed it upon check in. Contacted them and they brought a small ladder for kids to use at the end of the bunk bed. Was very dangerous and not the best solution. Their plant waterer came at dinner time as we were all showering and getting ready to go out, which ment zero water pressure in the main bathroom. Pool was cleaned once while we were there on day 2 of 7. A posted schedule would have been helpful. The outdoor seating area was great, lots of spots to sit, however the trees dropped pollen and made a mess, no outdoor broom accessible and nothing to clean the table off with. Beadrooms were comfortable and spacious. Bedding was clean. Bath towels for all guests and beach towels provided. Lawn chairs and umbrella provied , but 2 of the lawn chairs were broken and umbrella was a mini golf umbrella. Second bathroom off back bedroom smelt like urine. The water from the shower constantly leaks over around the toilet as the shower wall is not long enough. Showers both look like modern upgrades. Toilet seat is a cushioned seat that is stained and gross. Needs replacing. Second toilet seat is discoloured and stained. No cleaning supplies left to clean messes. Overall great rental, just updates needed.

This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments are extremely helpful in identifying areas for improvement. We are reviewing our inventory to ensure there are always enough hand towels, dishcloths, and basic cleaning supplies for guests. The bunk bed ladder has been properly addressed to ensure it is secure and safe. We also apologize for the timing of the plant watering affecting water pressure and are adjusting the schedule to avoid this in the future. Regarding the outdoor area, we are adding appropriate cleaning tools to make it easier for guests to maintain during their stay. Broken chairs and the umbrella have been replaced, and we are addressing the bathroom concerns, including the odor, toilet seats, and shower issues, to improve both hygiene and functionality. We are also working on better communication, including providing schedules for services like pool cleaning, to help guests plan their stay more smoothly. Thank you again for your honest review. It helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a much smoother experience.

Has potential if properly managed and maintained.

Home 4* potential & positives. Casiola 2* lack of attention to maintenance, provisioning &booking process. Trying to provide full and fair review but VRBO limits size - have to bullet. - home pleasant & well appointed but- issues guests should be aware of- no hot water other than showers- affects laundry & dishes as no dishwasher- Casiola had me wait till midnight for someone to come say aboveWashing dishes means boiling water. No stopper so washing in large pots. Some dishes not well cleaned by prior guests due to cold water. - first time went to use stove to cook no gas. - Casiola somehow has no spare tanks- 15 hours to get gas. No dinner one night, no breakfast next day. No gas prior to occupying means Casiola doesn’t care. Shower- broken towel rack. Maintenance aware but hadn’t fixed. - diverter to shower head broken so hand wand only. maintenance aware but hadn’t fixed. - toilet second bedroom runs constantly. - toilets do not flush properly. Maintenance aware but can’t fix. Takes dozens of flushes and 10 min to clear toilet for next person. - bbq won’t go above 300f- unwashed brown and red stains on duvet- told 3pm checkin but not accessible till 4pm- bare minimum supplies as cost saving by casiola- booking process worst. Requires photos your credit cards and idPositive - linen, pool, kitchen well appointed, outdoor space great, nice finishes. Would book house if maintained and managed properly, 4star.Won’t EVER book Casiola.
