***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Housekeeping can be purchased in 3-hour blocks after booking. Scheduling will be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris and Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the summer months. This is VERY RARE for homes along the Cayman Kai Cove.
