This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will review what occurred on the day of your arrival. Regarding the noises you heard, we were not made aware of this during your stay. Had we been contacted, we would have arranged for the property to be inspected promptly. The driveway is typical of many alpine and High Country properties, and while most guests have no difficulty accessing the home, we appreciate that it may not suit everyone. We will review the listing to see whether the access information can be made clearer. With respect to rubbish disposal, there are three metal bins provided under the carport adjacent to the house for guest use. If these were not apparent, we would have been more than happy to direct you to them. Many of the concerns you've mentioned could likely have been resolved during your stay had we been given the opportunity to assist.
