Lovely modern apartment in a good location in North Scottsdale. Very high security not allowing any shenanigans on the property. Very comfortable bed. Large on-suite with walk in closet. Owners might consider wine glasses and a better coffee system. Not everyone enjoys flavored Keurig coffee.

Inaccurate listing and maintenance issues

Great location- walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Building can be confusing to navigate. Listing stated there was a hot tub. There is not. When property manager was questioned about this, they responded "there is a heated pool and a spa tub in the unit." This was also false information- there is no tub in the unit. Lastly, the thermostat did not work. When the property manager was made aware they said they would have maintenance come in 1-2 days. We were only there 3 days. The thermostat was never addressed leaving the unit very warm and uncomfortable.

To our future guests. Our priority is to make sure every guest has a seamless stay. As a short term rental company, the downside of not being a hotel is no "receptions desk".. So communication with us is so important. We not only do we provide a detailed map of the entire complex with arrows and info on where to go etc. to every guest, and numerical step by step instructions, we also have a team that monitors all messages live 7 days a week. Our response times are less than a minute with currently 38 properties. The maps are more detailed then what you get at a hotel. We also provide this taped to the door in the unit. As for the thermostat panel, it was confirmed to not being working, however, in Feb the temps are 48 to 68 degrees. The guest stated it was too hot. Maintenance needed to order a new panel but validated the temp inside was 68 as reported to us. We confirmed the comfortableness as we have portable AC and heaters on stand by at all times. Unfortunately, we had a very difficult time with Lyndsay. Non communication, refusal to let us assist, not reading the information we provided making navigation difficult. Our guests time here is top priority, but without proper communication and allowing us to assist makes it difficult for all involved. Please reach out to us if you want to ask us anything at all and we look forward to hosting your stay!

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ.
