Beautiful place ! Amazing sunsets we enjoyed access to the lake for icefishing and the snowmobile trail is right there. There is a bait shop and conscience store 5 minutes away .

This was a beautiful place to stay if you wanted to relax and enjoy nature. The ATV trails are absolutely wonderful also the fishing, boating and all the beautiful views are incredible here! We will absolutely be booking this wonderful place again!!

Nice lake house on Cross Lake

Very clean. Lots of room in the driveway for truck and trailer. Inside is beautiful and quite comfortable. Kitchen has all the equipment you’ll need. Owner is very friendly if you have any questions. We will book again soon!

Perfect location for snowmobiling in the County

This home is clean, cozy, well stocked, and located extremely well for snowmobiling. Direct access to trails, gas station 2 minutes away. Beds are comfy, layout is perfect for a group and Devon is responsive if you need him. Short ride to good eats at The Lakeview Restaurant, this location has it all. Highly recommend.

Perfect snowmobiling getaway

This home was perfect for 2 couples, one upstairs with their own bathroom and one downstairs. The Cote's provided everything you need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home had a cozy feel. After cold days snowmobiling we were happy to learn that the TV is a smart TV, so just bring your passwords! There was plenty of parking for 2 trucks with snowmobile trailers, and could have even fit a third across the street if a third couple had come. The snowmobile trails are easy to get to from the house. And there's a country store you can fill up at right before you get on the trails. We enjoyed staying here. I imagine it's even more amazing in the summer. The lake is a stones throw from the back deck, and the sunsets are beautiful!

The property has a great location and well maintained!

The cabin was very roomy and nicely updated. The cabin sits right on the water with a nice lawn to enjoy it. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and very prompt to answer any questions we had. It was one of the best rentals we've stayed in. I would highly recommend it.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and well arranged, we had everything we needed. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. Devon was very responsive, curtious and willing to help however he could. Highly recommend this location, we plan on returning.

Great Location

We came north to snowmobile for the week and had no idea about the area. We could not have been more surprised - access to a main snowmobile corridor ITS 83 was easily accessible. There was a great store and gas station on the trail-side which was so convenient. The house was great for 2 couples. One took an upstairs room and bath, the other downstairs room and bath. Loved the open concept for living room kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating. Good size kitchen and the pellet stove a nice cozy warmer at the end of a day of riding. All in all, great location, fair pricing, and responsive owner. Exceeded our expectations.
