The View on 87th Osoyoos 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, covered patio view vacation home.
Welcome to The View on 87th, we are a 7 minute walk to the historic downtown and beaches (2 min drive). Come stay and enjoy our panoramic view of Osoyoos Lake and Anarchist Mountain. This place will unwind and recharge you in no time.
We travel extensively, know what we like, and set this place up as a perfect 2-couple or extended family getaway. We are also pet friendly (not on the beds/furniture please) to responsible owners. Please don't be the person who gets this rule changed.
This is a drive up Rancher with a walk-out basement. You will have the entire main (top) floor, the best back deck (the view in the pictures) and the front yard all to yourselves during your stay. We will remain downstairs while you're here (our bedroom is down so you're not putting us out) and we also reserve the backyard and lower deck for ourselves.
Upstairs is a newly renovated space fully equipped for a family or 2 couples; Two bedrooms plus space on the couch for someone younger, full and half baths, a large modern and well equipped kitchen, laundry, central AC and even kayaks for your enjoyment. Super fast Wifi, tankless hot water etc. We do also have a level 2 - 40A car charger with J1772 head and Tesla adaptor.
Being a family neighbourhood, and we love our neighbours, we request no smoking/drugs please.
The space is also not available for "events," but your group and local family are welcome to host a birthday or anniversary party, for instance.
We are a registered Town of Osoyoos Bed & Breakfast, License #3766, and BC STR Registration #H408924306.

As BC born and raised people, we find water and mountain views our comfort zone so when we found this house we knew were were in our happy place. Both of us grew up on the West Coast and enjoy being in Osoyoos as our primary home. We do travel to the coast from time to time for work and family obligations!
Why they chose this property
We had already been staying with friends nearby when we were out walking and stumbled upon this home for sale, all we saw was the lake and mountain view and we were sold!
What makes this property unique
We love the instant relaxation most of our guests feel as soon as they walk in the front door. We want your experience here to be relaxing and stress free, so please enjoy the patio, read some books, play games or do puzzles just like you would at any lake property but also walk to town and enjoy the uniqueness of Osoyoos!
