Shops and services were close. Huge house with very interesting features and furnishings. The beds were comfy and the towels were luxurious. The only drawback was toilet (number and locations)..2 toilets, and one is an ensuite (if this had other entrances to main house it would be handy).

The place was lovely, easy to access, plenty of space for us all. Easy to get to the function and my parents home. Only issue was the oven turned on but would not heat up. The element probably needs to be replaced. It meant we had to pack everything up and go to my parents place to eat dinner.

Excellent house close to CBD, cultural centre, art gallery & a fabulous fruit & veg shop! Rooms & beds super comfy & clean! Interesting artefacts! Garden a bit tired! Check in easy with lock box! Perfect for a gathering of old friends!

Great potential, needs a little attention to the furniture layout in the formal lounge (quality furniture but laid out like frat house, which doesnt lend itslef to conversation)Garden NEEDS attention (could be lovely, but was unkept with huge weeds, a hose in the middle of a path, bins front amd centre, little furniture out the back, which was filthy), Front bedroom matress has a hollowFor ten people one bathroom being an ensuite is inconvient, sugget working out if could be opened up to hallway, or install a 3rd toilet - need to be clear there is effectively only one toilet and one shower for eight people if the bedroom with the ensuite is occupied.Great property, just needs a little attention to some details
