This was perfect for our night, less than a 15 minute Uber to the concert, nice quiet neighborhood, pictures were accurate, clean and comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Great stay!
Place was exactly what we expected for the price point. Three adult friends needing a bedroom each. A kitchen and place to hang out. It was perfect. I would suggest a fuller kitchen with a set of plates, wine glasses etc. nothing fancy or extra and pictures represented the place well.
No bar in coat closet, no where to hang coats. Towel bar in bathroom was off wall. 6 people stayed at this house. 2 dinner plates, 3 water glasses, 4 coffee mugs. Not enough utensils to eat. I had to go buy utensils which I took with us. Place was not filthy but it needed a good cleaning I had to wipe down kitchen and bathrooms with Lysol wipes. The door on the one bedroom would not latch. There were only 3 bath towels which were terrible and smelt awful, I had to wash before using. The lawn looked like it had not been mowed for about 3 weeks. Overall I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Honestly it's hard to review this place. For the very cheap price what we got was expected. It's not filthy (although outside is) but it's certainly not sparkling clean. Here are the main cons:-duplex. Is that in listing?- kitchen. Pots are either not existent, or disgusting (think eating teflon). There is one frying pan the size of a hamburger. 1 plate. Yes one! 5 bowls. 2 glasses, 4 mugs and some shot glasses. It's laughable. Not one knife that could cut anything. 1 butter knife. Come on!Back yard clearly had 1' tall grass that was cut day of arrival. Looked like a hay field. No place to sit outside.2 of 3 beds are foam matresses. Fine for my 10 year old, but anyone heavier will be waking up sore. Living room fine for hanging around.Nothing room darkening on windows in bedrooms. Hard to sleep past 5am.Obvs it was very inexpensive- and we booked last minute and needed something close to our bike race; so it wasn't terribly surprising.
