Absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect cottage to spend Christmas. The fire place added to the ambiance.The view of the lake was magical and good for ice fishing. The hot tub was a perfect way to top off the nights. It was ideal and we will be talking about the experience for years to come.

Wonderful stay

We stayed three nights in late August. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed plus games for the kids to play, etc. Beautiful location right on Skeleton Lake. Had access to the kayak, canoe and paddle boat, which the kids really enjoyed and Jamie was kind enough to let us use the fire wood. As he sat in the hot tub, my younger son declared it a "dream house." Would highly recommend.

Once in a Lifetime Trip

I was up with my family to celebrate the father-in-law’s life on Skeleton Lake. We needed a space to fit all of us. Jamie’s place was a godsend. It’s perfectly located and the space inside and outside can’t be beat. From the hot tub, to the fire pit, the dock and washer and dryer. This is a dream house and I will be forever grateful for the opportunities to make memories here.

Loved our stay. Cottage was spotless. Nice modern feel, yet "cottagey" as well. The kitchen was very very well stocked - all the pots/pans/supplies, plus coffee, sugar, filters, oil, spices, etc. Washer and dryer included laundry detergent which was really nice. Hot tub was clean and worked well. A beautiful cottage experience.Very nice canoe, two fishing kayaks and SUP's. All equipment is super well maintained and quite new. Fishing is good by the marina. Lovely landscaping and fire area outdoors. Firewood not included. Neighbors are very friendly.Things to consider - bathrooms are tiny, as are bedrooms, but worked for us. Also, if you are looking for ultimate privacy, then this place may not be for you, as the cottages are very close together (not clear from the VRBO pics). Overall, we all (five adults plus a dog) had a really nice vacation for six days in the fall. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage overlooking Skeleton Lake. Fully equipped, clean and very modern - great fishing too!!! This is a perfect spot for a getaway. We loved our time there.
