About this property

Spacious Shoal Bay Beach House close to restaurants & beaches

We want to share our spacious & quiet holiday home with you, so you can make fabulous memories together like we have.
Our home is perfect for families and couples alike.
The kitchen is well stocked with most things you require for cooking. Pantry inc cling film, foil, oil, salt, pepper and other bits & pieces. There is also a supply of dishwashing tablets, spray & wipe, hand soap etc. Less for you to pack!
Sheets & towels are delivered just before your stay & you will need to make up the beds.
We are perfectly positioned for your Beach, Bushwalking, Bike Riding, Surfing or friends catch up trip away! 8 mins walk to the Shoal Bay Country Club and other seaside restaurants.
Our 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house is spacious, light and airy. There are 2 separate living areas at either end of the house to accommodate families and groups.
The Master Bedroom with King size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 with 2 King Single beds and the 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed. Our Full sized main bathroom has just been completely renovated and has a full size bath and separate shower.
There are TVs in each living area with books for adults and children in the Sunroom too. Ceiling Fans with remotes are in all rooms of the house and Airconditioning in both living areas.
You will have use of the secure garage and plenty of storage for bikes and surfboards. Park your boat or Jet ski in the driveway if you like.

Why they chose this property

Perfect for outdoor activities like the beach and bushwalking. We cycle for hours and then fill up at one of the fabulous cafes or restaurants that are close by.

What makes this property unique

Our holiday home has all the comforts you need. We include things like toilet paper, paper towel, cling wrap and foil. Washing and dishwashing liquid, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Oil, salt and pepper etc etc Less for you to pack!!
