Hi Jessica,
We are saddened to hear you were unhappy with your stay. We messaged you to ask how everything was going half way through your stay and to see if you needed anything. You responded that everything was great. I checked the space heater and it is working fine. Perhaps opening and closing the door as much as you did to smoke weed was the reason why the suite was so cold. We have cameras on site as per the listing details and saw an additional guest show up as well as received a noise complaint which is why we messaged you at 1 am, to find out when the additional guest would be leaving and to remind you of the no partying policy.
