The cottage was clean and exactly as advertised. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was great. It was so nice to have cocktail out on the deck by the lake. Great place to stay for our birding week.
This place was amazing! It was nice to have a relaxing weekend away. The house was lovely and the dock is beautiful. We will for sure stay again in the future!
Very easy check in and it was a very beautiful location and house with a do not miss sun set also very close to point pelee national park which is worth seeing the sunrise
Excellent accomodations and very friendly and responsive host. The property is just as described and is close to numerous amenities. It is also a short drive (less than 10 min) to Point Peele National Park. Overall an amazing stay with the family. The games room was a big hit both with adults and kids .
My sister and I spent a week at this property and loved it! We played games every night, sat out on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the house! We will return!
Beautiful space with an amazing view of the sunset. Super close to point peele national park. The host let us check in early which gave us a couple extra hours in the space. Also great communication with the host, they respond quickly as well!
The place was fantastic, really clean and close to the city. Overall, had no complaints and the cottage and waterfront is gorgeous. Would def love to come back.
My family and I had a wonderful time here grilling out and watching the sunset on the over-water deck with glasses of wine. We spent more time in the game room than expected- it was one of the highlights of the property for us. I'd love to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful cottage with an amazing games room. The deck on the lake was wonderful and such a beautiful area, beaches close by as well as shopping. Highly recommend!!
Spent two nights at this cottage very close to Pelee Point national park and ferry to Pelee Island. Clean, updated and well decorated. Backyard and deck right on the lake were amazing for sunsets and to watch/hear the waves crashing! Game room was so fun too. Wish washcloths were provided (only full size and hand towels) and if you plan to cook there, you’ll need to stock up on all groceries (salt, sugar, coffee, etc.) but stores aren’t far away.
We had an absolutely amazing girls’ weekend at this cottage! The setup was perfect for our group — the layout is super cozy and well thought out, with plenty of space to hang out together. The games room was a huge hit, and the dock was absolutely beautiful — perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. The weather was gorgeous all weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. You can really tell the host has put thought into creating a relaxing and fun space. The only minor downside was that the bedrooms didn’t get a ton of airflow and got a bit warm, especially at night. Only four towels but hosted five guests so bring extra! There were also a lot of sand flies around so sitting outside at night wasn’t an option, but that’s totally out of the host’s control and just part of cottage life!Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this cottage. Can’t wait to come back!
I had my bachelorette getaway weekend with friends here and I can’t begin to share how perfect it was to make core memories but I will try!1. We had breakfast and dinner everyday on the backyard dock. Count in heartfelt conversations by the lake breeze and wave sounds.2. We had tons of fun in the game room and had some friendly competition with TONS of game options (air hockey, pool, connect 4, Jenga, etc) karaoke!3. The beach, national park, and plenty of outdoor activities were only a 5 mins away drive. We swam at the beach, canoed and went go kart racing all in one day.4. The place is spacious and there were plenty of sleeping options. Aside from the queen and king beds, there’s a large comfortable couch and 3 pull-out couches. It was super cozy for movie nights! 5. The property manager is a gem! She offered us recommendations for local activities and had a thorough helpful binder with resources and more recommendations waiting for!
This is a beautiful, clean property that is very comfortable and in a great location. The rental process was smooth and it was a great space (including the games room garage).A few things worth knowing or things that would make it perfect:1. Functional kitchen space is limited. I wish there was more room to store food (incl. the apartment-sized fridge) and more space to prepare that didn't double as dining space. I would find the second tv lounge area by the front door more useful if it was more kitchen (e.g., larger fridge, or pantry storage). A few more basic items like a milk jug would be great too!2. The place has large, super comfortable couches in front of a nice tv, but almost nowhere to put down a drink. A coffee table would be great.3. The listing doesn't mention that most consumables like dish soap, shampoo are not provided or very limited (e.g., being allocated 2-3 dishwasher tabs in a ziplok). A heads up to bring these supplies would be appreciated. Even better would be to just have them supplied like most rentals and included in the cost at a minimal relative price to spare the inconveniences. All in all, really great place, and wouldn't hesitate to rent again!
