Beautiful spacious apartment. We felt very secure and safe. Loved access to the pool cafe in the complex. Bed was super comfortable. Having a washing machine and drier was very helpful. Great access to everywhere. A bit noisy from the street at night.

This apartment was perfect for our needs, and met all the description and photos details. Great location (5 min walk to V&A Neighbourhood via Battery Park, 15-20 min walk to Quay 6), and the owner was extremely responsive to messages, which made check-in a breeze.One note is that the pool is in a separate building, a very short walk across the courtyard, and the security guard who checked me in was careful to show me where it is.
Fantastic apartment, was perfect for our needs and met the pictures & description on all details. 5 min walk to the V&A Waterfront neighbourhood via Battery Park, 15-20 min walk total to Quay 6.One note is that the rooftop pool is actually a very short walk across the courtyard to a separate building, which the security guard who checked us in was careful to show me.
The location was a bit hard to find at first but the place was clean and wonderful. Megan was great and I appreciated all of her help. Great communication and I would recommend this place.
Just a 10 min walk from V & A , secure property. The apartment had everything you would need for a self catering stay including washing machine and full kitchen. Easy communication with the host , no issues at all

great restaurant accross the street
The security of the building was intense. fingerprint scans and multiple door locks, nice security gaurds, but the security was evidently needed because the neighborhood was unsafe for white women, as we were told many many times by all sorts of security staff both in the building and on the street. I loved the book selection,and the upolstery. It was wonderful to have a washer dryer, note that you have to empty the dryer of water a few times which was new to us. The owner was good at responding to contact and we lost a pair of perscription glasses that are still being looked for. I hope they are found. The building was close to downtown and we were able to walk to the market and the District Six museum during the day. We never found the pool. Enjoy your stay.

Regarding your comments on the neighbourhood, while it is a lively and diverse area, the visible security is there to ensure guests feel safe and well looked after.
Just a small note: there is a map of the building, including the location of the pool, on the table below the TV for guest reference. I’m sorry this wasn’t spotted during your stay.
