Ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in every room. 2 televisions (1 large smart-screen television), DVD player, CD player, WiFi for guests use, Books. Gas heating. Well equipped kitchen with European appliances including dishwasher, hotplates and oven, microwave, medium refrigerator; Coldstream water purifier; Plunger coffee (BYO ground coffee). Outdoor dining & seating, Outdoor lounge setting, Hooded gas barbecue. Washing machine, Clothes dryer. Fish cleaning sink by shed, Orange buoy boat mooring. Plenty of off street parking and room for a boat. Please note: Read’s Retreat is designed and insulated to be cool in summer and warm in winter. Sorry, pets not permitted.

Reads Retreat was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. We've stayed at Black Point many times, but this property is honestly the best of all. The fabulous view is stunning, and the house itself is clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. My favourite part was watching the kids play freely on the large front lawn while relaxing on the veranda. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beachfront location is unbeatable. It even handles our boat with great parking and a mooring available. This is our new go-to place—we will definitely be back!
