Very nice home. We were here for the Run 4 Roses and National Girls Basketball Tournaments. This home was very convenient to the Kentucky Exposition Center and many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect for our group of 6.

The location was good for us but as a family qho likes to prepare meals we were disappointed to find there were no kitchen utensils and just a couple of pots.

Well, when we got there we had to message the host for check-in info to get in the house. They never sent check in and check out information.They had no welcome book with check in and check out info. We had to plug in all the lamps in the rooms and their like rope lights on the ceilings. The kitchen was not stocked like the pictures. The kitchen stove was disgusting and there was random food in the cupboards and freezer. There were ants all over the kitchen sink and counters. Had to message the evolve team to get the owner to send the wifi information. The beds were dirty when you removed the bedding. The communication with the host just terrible. They didn't have trashbags for the trash cans. We ended up using grocery bags after the one can filled up. The trashcan was blocking the driveway when we got there. Had to move that up next to the garage. The swing on the back deck was in front of the patio door. We had to move that to access the back deck. None of the bathrooms had any kind of hand soap. Had to go out and buy that along with towels. The couple towels they had there were dirty and stained. They had moldy toilet paper under the sink upstairs. We went out and bought our own. The floors and countertops were disgusting as well. The chairs in the upstairs were either broken or not plugged in. It was simple fix to put the back back in place and plug everything in. They say it sleeps 8 but the pullout couches are chairs not double beds. This was out worst stay with Vrbo.

Save your money. The house was not clean. Ants and other bugs everywhere. No hand soap no dish soap or dishwasher pods. Not that you will need them because the kitchen is not supplied with really anything to be able to cook. Some dishes were in the oven dirty. The yard is nothing like they say. No wash rags not enough towels for everyone to have one nasty bedding in the dryer so didn’t feel comfortable to use the washer and dryer. Most of the rooms have no real lights and you have to get by with just LED light strips. No bath plugs to be able to give little kids a bath. Moldy toilet paper under the sink. Cleaning stuff left out for little kids to mess with. Most of the pillows didn’t have pillow cases. And you most definitely can not park 4 cars in the driveway unless you want to be stuck inside the car. Also the chairs that can be “slept in” in the “office” were both broken so you could not even sit in them let alone sleep in them. It also most definitely doesn’t have a large yard and has a drain ditch running in the middle of the back yard.
