I am an Albertan from birth, retired, father and grandfather. My wife and I love Alberta and have hosted friends and family from U.S. and Europe and we love it.
Why they chose this property
Sundance Ridge lies just adjacent to Alberta's largest Provincial Park, Fish Creek Provincial Park. Being able to walk a few hundred metres down into the park to escape the city and be in nature, has been wonderful. We've seen eagles, hawks, porcupine, bobcats, deer, foxes... there are 100 km's of paved and unpaved trails for walkers/jogger/cyclists. It rarely seems too busy.
What makes this property unique
Our back deck and yard are private - no neighbors adjoining the back fence, just a small play park for children. This makes our back yard a true private oasis where you can enjoy the squirrels and birds, or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub without neighbors peering at you.
