Enjoy your time with family and friend in this spacious and serene space. Luxury custom built home over looking at a beautiful pond. Enjoy breathtaking sunset everyday from every floor inside the house or in the landscaped backyard. Professional set up kitchen in a open concept where family and friend happily getting together. Ideal place for any occasion, from week-end get away to family reunion. A home away from home.
(*) NOTE FOR THE PET LOVER:
- This house has the designed back yard for your dogs. The extra fee will be charged from the second PET together with an additional cleaning fee (to be negotiated).
- We love cat but we do apoplogy, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods( ie the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...)
- Follow the other pet rules with rules:
+ No pet on the funiture/bed
+ Pick up your pet’s waste carefully
+ Bowls in the kitchen
+ Dogs must be leashed
+ Before you leave, pls sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.

What makes this property unique
My place is close to family-friendly activities including Spruce Meadows, Saskatoon Berry Farm, and the Calgary Corn Maze. You’ll love my place because of the family friendly neighbourhood, the light, friendly people, mountain views, and the outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and for the company's vacation.
The space
The back of our house faces west so it get lots of sunlight in the afternoon in the dining room, living room, and kitchen area. There are views of the rocky mountains from the 2nd floor. The basement is not for rent now.
