Fully furnished with modern finishes, a complete kitchen, and plenty of room to relax or gather. Each room is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience. Located in a vibrant community with shops, dining, entertainment, hospital, and amenities just minutes away, this home offers the perfect blend of space, style, and location.

The Space:
The house sleeps 12 comfortably.

About the Space:
This property has two separate legal units - main house and the basement suite, each with its own ventilation system and thermostat. You’ll have full access to the entire house.

Parking:
Parking is available directly behind the house or on the street in front. The street parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for guests, but there is always additional street parking available.

Outdoor Space:
The backyard is nicely gravelled with walk path and additional upgrades are ongoing expected to be completed by summer 2025. Meanwhile, the backyard is functional for use.

Check-In:
Entry is easy and secure: a key will be provided in a lockbox on the FRONT railing, or your host will meet you personally for check-in.

Other Things to Note:
This is a newly built neighborhood, so you may notice occasional light construction activity or some dust on the street during your stay.

The backyard is nicely gravelled with walk path. Additional upgrades are ongoing and expected to be completed by summer 2026. Until then, backyard is available for use.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the home tidy to avoid extra cleaning fees. Indoor footwear only, especially on carpets. No food in the bedrooms, please. Clean appliances after use.
Before checkout, please place used linens in the laundry area and put all trash, compost, and recycling in the front bins. Extra cleaning fees will apply if waste is left behind or not placed in bins.
Checkout: Lock unit & return key to the FRONT lockbox. Lost keys will be charged. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors. No Drug Use: Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home provided ideal accommodations for us and our adult children, offering lots of privacy but also comfortable gathering spaces. Decor and amenities were thoughtfully curated. The home is new, bright, and spotlessly clean, leaving us feeling that we were the first to ever stay. I’d jump at the chance to book this property again for a group of us.
