The Lakefront House - Cabarita Beach
This Lakefront Villa style home is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and unwind. It's located just minutes from Cabarita Beach and backs right onto Cudgen Lake. Featuring an equipped kitchen and large open plan living all with beautiful pool & lake views. It’s perfect choice for all visitors and provides something for everyone.
The space
Entertain with a BBQ on the deck overlooking the beautiful Cudgen Lake, take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Cabarita Beach to the headland to see amazing views, browse the nearby boutique shops or visit the nearby cafes.
Master Bedroom features a king bed.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 features two king singles.
(bedroom 3 can also be made in one king bed upon request)
• Open plan living room includes TV, WIFI and lake views.
• Indoor and outdoor dining for 6 people. BBQ is available.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven.
• Lakefront deck near pool, sun-lounges and access to a paddle board.
• Direct access to the lake (unfenced yard); 10 min walk to shops and cafes.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for a locked area downstairs near the laundry.
Other things to note
The backyard is not fully fenced and leads directly to the lakefront. The Lakehouse is located in an area where wildlife is abundant, please consider this prior to booking. Pets are considered upon application.
