The property was very clean and appealing, it was perfect for a weekend in Buffalo while we went to a conference and visited Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again. They need to stock up on spoons and dish washing detergent for their future visitors.

We came to town to watch the Bills and Sabres play. The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We never seen a bbq grill that we had access to per amenities listed and the washing machine is in the stairway connected to the upstairs apartment. But overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Luxurious No..3C's cute,clean and cozy
no night light so getting in was a challenge 😳..kitchen and dining ,to make it seem more "luxurious "..upon leaving i bought over 40 bucks worth of kitchen comforts of home" including chargers for the dining room table, tags still on them as a housewarming gift for the owners.they seemed ok with it,..later contacted me saying a pillow was missing..Seriously!! sadly, i will not do that gesture again ..or suggest this property for a "luxurious" experience
i felt slighted and sorry i did a good deed..lesson learned 😔

A VRBO reservation that never happened
We were in this property less than 30 minutes. The light from the shower was leaking a ton of water with a fairly large water spot on the ceiling. There were baby ants on the floorboards in between each bedroom. Property manager said owner would refund if we wanted to leave which we did. then the same number called back saying it was the owner and we couldn’t get a refund and he would be there within an hour to fix. This was at 8pm at night. Even if they stopped the leak, they failed to understand we weren’t staying due to the large water spot and the water was coming from a light, so there was a safety issue. The owner still continues to text us up into the following day even though VRBO had already refunded us the money. He insisted it was fixed and fine to come back however with the way that ceiling looked and due to the water coming from an electrical outlet, we were not going to stay without knowing a real plumber and or electrician had fixed it. The ceiling spot was also soft to touch. The owner was not nice AT ALL. Grateful for VRBO’s great customer service.

Unfortunately we had several issues at this stay. I don't know if it was the hosts fault but I had to ask repeatedly for our check in information, they did text me the info at about 4pm. The house was not well cleaned there was hair in the sink and shower when we arrived. The biggest issue was water pouring out of the light in the bathroom right above the shower. We actually thought someone was taking a shower but water was coming through from the bathroom above. I texted the owner and maintenance person about the issue, we didn't get an update but when I asked that night they said the crack had been sealed. However the light was still flickering and we didn't feel safe using the shower. We texted a couple of times and I requested a partial refund since we were there two nights and didn't feel safe using it but their reply was " it's never a hazard unless you touch it" and there was " no need to make it a drama." I feel they were pretty dismissive about the issue and could have communicated what they did to fix the problem.
