Nestled in the treetops and just a short walk to Terrigal beach is this lush two-level treehouse. Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms, making this the perfect spot for multiple families to enjoy.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of natural timber floors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the lush surroundings.

The spacious living and dining area is designed to flow effortlessly, making it the perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing in the tranquility of nature. Large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, offering views of the tree tops.

The master bedroom is located on the lower level with an ensuite. Upstairs you will find the 3 other bedrooms with another bathroom with a bath and seperate w/c.

Enjoy an outdoor BBQ meal under the pergola at the back courtyard and your morning coffee on the wide balcony at the front of the home overlooking the trees.

Wth a unique sense of peace and privacy, this is more than just a home—it's a sanctuary among the trees, where every moment feels like a retreat into nature.

Guest Access:
Being a tree house there are steps up to the front door. The Canopy House has parking for multiple cars and plenty of on street parking also.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and a short stroll down to Terrigal Beach. The quickest way albeit down | up a fairly large hill, however there is an easier route if needed.

Other Things to Note:
* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $500 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure *
COAST HOSTING DOES NOT allow 3rd party booking without prior consent.
All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation
COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, digital speakers for surround sound, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.
NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council
There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.
PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations.
BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages.
