As you walk through the door you can envision those early days . Walk the property and feel the peace and calm around you . A distant view of the water can be seen from the windows . A view of farmland as you sit around the campfire. The beach Richards point is less than 5 mins in the car . Or a bycicle ride would be fun . Charlottetown is 35 mins away , Summerside is 20 mins away. But lets not forget one of the most favourite 'Victoria by the sea'' 10 minute drive from the farmhouse . Confederation bridge is also only 10 mins away . You will not be disappointed with this location . lots of fun to enjoy . Very clean, bright and spacious accommodations. Really appreciated the amount of linens (including beach towels) and kitchenware. Easy check in and quick communication. Also appreciated the sleep masks (the bedrooms are very bright). There are some great antique shops nearby and a cute cafe with good coffee about 10 min away.

What a perfect stay. The house was absolutely beautiful in a perfect, quiet setting. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you would need. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was perfect and everyone involved was very kind and welcoming. Central to most things on the island and there is a great little beach just a 3 minute drive away. Would absolutely stay here again with our extended family. Couldn’t possibly ask for anything more!

Gem of a spot

We loved our stay, the home is beautiful, as is the property. Augustine cove is so pretty, the beach is beautiful, worth spending a day there, or at least an evening. Mamun was great to communicate with. Such an easy spot to travel around the Island from!

The check in was easy and the house was beautiful with an easy, beachy feel. The kitchen and dining area are huge and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very spacious, as well, with comfortable beds. And we really appreciated the fans upstairs, since it was so hot during our stay. The house is centrally located so we were easily able to travel to Cavendish, Charlottetown and Summerside in a short space of time. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful House, very spacious

We only had two days here, but it is a very clean and spacious house. Laundry facilities are amazing. two very large bathrooms and each bedroom was well laid out. we lived sitting in the sun porch.

Beautiful fresh farmhouse

This farmhouse is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The appliances in the kitchen and laundry room are new and work very well. The area is quiet and charming.

Home away from home

We had a large group staying at the home ranging in age from 14-58. We all enjoyed this beautiful house. Large, expansive, bright and airy but also cozy and comfy. The beds were super comfortable and the house was designed/decorated impeccably. Air conditioning was just installed but we didn’t need it…opened the windows and let the fresh country air in at night and woke up to sunlight and birds singing. Easily accessible minutes away from the bridge and easy to navigate anywhere on the island. We booked it as a place to sleep but ended up enjoying this peaceful retreat as one of the highlights of the trip!

Had a nice stay but so unclear as to what to do with garbage. When cleaner contacted no response, coffee maker didn’t work. Very unpleasant when thinking I did something wrong, accusing and not being fair and communicating over an incident and calling me a liar. Doesnot have any idea of the issue of garbage or instructions and charging extra to pick up recycling when no direction. No direction as to process or proper bins taking one side explanation and simply rude. Unfair to service animal.Unfair and unacceptable owner takes the word from the Neighbour and cleaner instead of actually letting me address any situation truth

This beautiful house is the perfect location to bring your family on vacation. There's plenty of room for little ones to run, and everything you need isnt to far away. The house was unbelievably clean and spotless, it felt like home from the second we walked in. It's a great place to relax after a couple busy days exploring the island.
