Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

O quarto não tinha janelas! O acabamento do box vazava água por todo o banheiro. Recepcionistas pouco receptivos, conversavam muito entre eles. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Gostei muito da localização, mas só. Não volto.

Achei as paredes do quarto muito sujas. Não tinha frigideira no quarto para café da manhã. As toalhas poderiam ser melhores. Bom ar condicionado. Os funcionários são ótimos! A localização é privilegiada.

Quarto limpo e cheiroso. Cama era boa e chuveiro também. O quarto não tinha janela mas isso já estava descrito no anúncio. Cozinha com Cooktop 1 boca de indução, microondas e utensílios como pratos, talheres e copos. Não possui panela, precisa alugar na recepção. Ferro também precisa alugar. Única coisa que poderia melhorar são as toalhas que são ásperas e finas. Muito bem localizado. Funcionários super educados e prestativos.

A localização é excelente, na Avenida Paulista. A cozinha não disponibiliza nenhum utensílio para siquer ferver uma água. Os utensílio podem ser alugados na recepção, 10 reais a diária de uma panela. Mas o local é muito bom.

O quarto possui instalações novas e estava limpo e pode, mas na conta com limpeza diária (o que já é informado na reserva). A cozinha possui utensílios domésticos, manos panela apesar de ter fogão, frigobar e microondas. A localização é excelente, no início da Paulista, onde se tema acesso à lojas, restaurantes, metrô e cultura diversa. O único ponto negativo durante a estadia foi a internet que praticamente não funcionou dentro do quarto.
