The rooms are amazing for Zürich, nicely decorated and Well equiped. Very Nice outside spaces. Location is Good about 15 minutes from HB. Check in and finding the actual rooms was complicated. The rooms are hidden on the 5th Floor of an Office building, with everything controlled via your phone. Hotel also lacks cooling which is a bit challenging in the Zürich heat.

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area The apartment was spotless and stocked with everything needed for our stay. I received communication saying I was ready to check in and could do so after 3pm. What this communication didn't say was that I would receive another communication at 3pm with the info needed for self check-in.

This was a short stay. Though the online registration didn't work until I called, they helped me promptly and it was fine. Everything else was great. Make sure you have a working phone, you mustuse it at several stages to get to your room.

The apartments do not have AC and should at least have a fan. It was extremely hot with the heat wave and no air circulation at all. There was also foul smells in the morning that may have been from the neighbors cooking, not sure. Ultimately the building is nice but a little too far from the main downtown area.

We had a bad experience with this hotel. We saw the other reviews about the difficulties regarding check-in process, however we liked the Pictures we decided to give it a try. We prepared well ahead of time, we arrived at 2:30 pm, it took some time to checkin and the layout is confusing, if you arrive at a late time, consider twice before you book it, do you want to risk it or spend a lot of time on this? The worst part is the smell, they have this very unpleasant smell in the washroom, we had to close the door to prevent it to go in the bedroom and we minimized the time to use it. we call the reception, the technician came and said housekeepers had gone for the day and we had to wait for the following day and they cannot change a room for us and we only stayed there for a night and we had to bear for the disgusting smell. We will not come back to this hotel.

Property was clean. Good for solo travel. It’s not in the city center but buses are easily accessible 2/3 mins walk (15 minutes away from main train station) 20 mins tram ride from old town.

Loved the loft, the entire stay was very interesting, got to cook ourselves a home meal after a 25 days long trip across Central Europe, we loved the accessibility of the stay. Trams and busses are well connected and also will find grocery store coop nearby !

The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for modern serviced apartment. There is an Aldi, fast food shop and department store within 5mins walk. There are bus stops in 2mins walk or walk 11mina to Altstetten train station. Easy to check in and out as long as you have a phone and they stores luggage so I could explore and put them in my room when it was ready.
