Cheap, but could be a bit more cheerful, the room was bland without even any pictures on the walls. Also for an Apartment/hotel it would have been nice to include a comfy chair in the room. The bathroom could also use some work replacing water damaged panels. But excellent value, and nice location.

Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear.

Endless problems with air conditioning turning itself off every night at midnight (centrally controlled), on the hottest weekend of the year. Staff tried their best, but not all could override the system. Despite daily complaints and advance requests to keep the air con going, I sadly struggled to sleep in a room with temperatures over 30°C overnight. Disappointing given the apart’hotel is otherwise reasonably priced and practice for Rennes.

Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area with a few bars, cafés and small shops. I really enjoyed Rennes and hope to return soon.

Grande chambre avec salle de bains particulièrement spacieuse. L'armoire cuisine est très pratique. Literie confortable, aménagement de qualité. Pour être parfait il manque juste quelques paterne pour poser les manteaux mouillés à l'entrée ainsi qu'un meuble pour ranger les chaussures. Très bien situé.
