The village is beautiful. Our kids loved the pond, playground and surrounding paths for family walks. The cabin was cozy, well kept and had everything a family needs. Our stay was short but will have to do it again for an extended stay.
The property was convenient to Blowing Rock and the parkway.
The buildings were older but seemed well to be maintained.
More lights inside would have been appreciated.
The linens and towels were clean but very worn and thin.
I would consider staying again because of the location and price.
I really enjoyed our unit that was on the lake. Perfect if you wanted to try some trout fishing. It was lovely and quiet there during our stay. Very peaceful. Very clean unit with all necessary kitchen accessories.
Great value little cabin! Had everything we needed. We had two boys who really wanted to try fishing and they even let us borrow fishing rods. They said it was their favorite part of the trip. The setting is peaceful, the location is very convenient to the Boone and Blowing Rock activities we had on the list, and check in and out was very simple. Very happy with the stay and will be back again.

Amazing time here! Clean, helpful staff, beautiful views, & peaceful. Great place to stay!! Definitely coming again!
This was a really good option for a stay in Blowing Rock. My family of 5 had a comfortable stay and the price was very affordable. I would not recommend staying in the summer as there isn't central AC, only a window unit, so it will be uncomfortable for those who are heat intolerant, but for winter temps and reasonable spring and fall temps, this is a really good place to stay. It's gorgeous and there's plenty of room.
We enjoyed our one night stay in a cute cabin at Swiss Mountain Village. The cabin was clean. It was a nice change from staying in hotels. Was very quiet.
Clean room. We stayed in a "cabin", which has 4 apartments in it. Older property. Could use updating. Very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Grounds were lovely.
