We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Only wish the hotel would provide coffee for all days of stay. It is not a good feeling having to go out in the morning for coffee

We love the location and neighborhood. It is close to the reforma and lots to do... very safe and quiet with tree lined streets. The unit we rented said 1300sf.It didn't feel got large however ut was adequate 2br 2 bath and had separate air conditioning in each room. Nice place.

Communication was very smooth and excellent support. The security guards were kind. Rooms were relatively new and comfortable. Free water and laundry detergent should be provided as we have to wash our own towels. No road noise at all, but you can hear well when other guests make noise.

This was a great stay for my husband and I. We felt the check in instructions were very easy to follow, we could access our room by elevator or stairs. The building has a security guard near the entrance which was very nice, they were always very polite and helpful. The amenities provides were also great, especially having A/C. The noise is very minimal, but can get more festive on the weekend. Luckily a sound machine and ear plugs are provided. We enjoyed the many great cafes and restaurants around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

5 stars. I'm already planning my return. I've stayed in a lot of places. This one broke my brain a little. Two bedrooms, which means everyone actually got a good night's sleep. No paper-thin walls, no street noise bleeding through at 2am. Just... quiet. Real quiet. The space itself is generous. Not "oh the photos were generous" generous. Actually spacious. You can breathe here. Set your bags down, spread out, and feel like a person again. Location? Walk to everything. We never once felt like we needed to figure out transportation. Coffee, dinner, shopping, the thing you forgot... all within reach their toiletries are actually very good quality too! Safe neighborhood. Clean building. Beautiful interiors that don't feel staged. The kind of place where the design actually considered the people staying in it. We booked for 4 nights and wished we'd booked seven. 6. If you're deciding between this and anything else... stop deciding. Book it.

As a solo young female traveler, I would recommend staying here! As a great surprise, my new AC unit was working too as a great added bonus! I would recommend for anyone. It felt safe and very clean and I much preferred it to staying in one of the hotels on Reforma. Pros: 24/7 security in the building, filtered water in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer, cute residential neighborhood, air conditioning, tons of space, everything felt very new, felt safe walking around at any time of day. Con (and this was very small, wouldn’t prevent me from staying here): the walls are a bit thin so the noise from your neighbors in the building can be a bit loud if you have noisy neighbors (I found the noise from the street to be fine and minor!) They do everything they can by providing a white noise machine and earplugs. Overall; would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious apartment in a great location

Loved the building and the management was very accommodating. There is a communication delay when they use the Expedia system and hopefully they are able to solve that problem quickly. I was staying in the top floor apartment and the heat was a little too much to sleep comfortably. There was a fan but the windows couldn't be open at night because of the mosquitos which made it too hot for me to sleep well. I think a ceiling fan and some mosquito netting could go a long way to help hot sleepers since there is no air conditioning (AC) in these apartments.

Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again. PROS: - Centrally located between Polanco, Condesa, Roma, Chapultepec and Centro Histórico. - 2 bed / 2 bad is great for families. - Free laundry, although outside the unit in a common area and one of the dryers wasn’t working. - Great cafe spot around the corner that also has pastries and breakfast/lunch items. CONS: - It can take up to 10 mins for water to get warm. - Our unit is on the first floor at street level and the shades are very transparent so there is limited privacy in the common areas and I’m one or the bedroom (not as much in the bedroom, but something to be mindful of). - Iron stained clothing as it has burn marks on it. - Lighting isn’t great. In the living room, it’s directly above you while sitting on the couch which can be bothersome. In the bathroom, it’s not ideal for getting ready. Something important to note is that there are about 10 steps you must go down/up before getting to the lobby to access the elevator. Not sure if there is another way to get to the lobby area if you have mobility issues.

Caliente y lleno de mosquitos

Hacía un calor terrible y el departamento no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros así que, además, el departamento estaba plagado de mosquitos. Una experiencia muy desafortunada.
