The room was clean. They were doing balcony construction and they made sure NOT to mention that fact until well after you booked the property. Also, my reservation dates were messed up by the management company. It would have been highly inconvenient if they had not found a comparable replacement unit for us just in time. I appreciate the customer service help with that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The beach was great. The resort was enjoyable and I am happy with my stay overall.

Nice weekend

View was perfect, balcony very nice size, very comfortable bed. Husband had to clean out hair from tub drain since it had a ton in it and water was not draining. Room has everything needed for meals. Bikini bob has decent food for the money. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Loved the place! Completely sufficient and comfortable for me and my family of 5! Views were everything!!! Must I add this is the perfect destination to be at, in Panama City. Especially during spring break or if you have children or even if as a couple! Never had to drive my car the entire stay! Everything you could want or need is walking distance. Really not even a block away! I loved this condo and plan to book it every visit to panama

The property was nice we stayed on the 11th floor the room had ants and bugs and smelled like cat pee! We hated that the pool closes at 7 instead of 11pm like the signs says

My family and I have been coming here for years now. Our first trip was not great, but we decided to try again because of the beach views and the room setup. I'm so glad we did! We really enjoy the setup of the condos with views. The staff here is very friendly. The security staff was most helpful for us. We love the indoor hot tub and having such large pools helps me be able to see my kids better. My kids love having onsite food and so many gaming options. They played volleyball, basketball, and pickle ball. Our only disappointment was the double red flags on the beach but the hotel activities and a nearby arcade really helped with that. We love The Summit!!!

4 stars for the room itself. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable. The view was great. I wish they’d put a vacuum in the room. Sand gets everywhere and sometimes a broom does nothing. The TV in the living room didn’t work. It couldnt connect to the roku. I didn’t say anything because we weren’t in the room enough to bother with it. The kitchen is small, but again, wasn’t a bother to us. My problems; THE ELEVATORS. Almost every day if not one, both were broke. If I was a property manager or owner of a condo, I’d demand the property fix the elevators. For that alone, I will not stay at any room in this building. It was a nightmare. My son and I got stuck one evening and the doors finally opened on the 4th floor. We had to walk on down which isn’t usually bad but he has a broke foot and has on a boot. Then we had to walk up 9 floors. The staff on site was pretty rude. I know the property manager of the condo can’t help the staff or elevators but just something to think about if looking to vacation in this building..

Good

The stay was good, the only complaints are, The bunk beds had no ladder to get to the top bunk so my daughter in-law and my daughter had to put the mattress in the living room floor. The sheet and bed spread were both the wrong size so the first night we had to find what we could find to place on the bed to cover. We found a shower curtain in the closet to use.

Run down condo.

Horrible run down condo hole in the wall cracked and broke tiles. Cracked and chipped formica counter tops. Bad patch repairs everywhere especially on ceiling. Kitchen has cracked a swollen cabinets. The place needs a complete gut and remodel. It’s terrible.
