The room was clean and I had an excellent view. I hate it didn’t have a washer and dryer. I did see 2 water bugs but that was expected at the beach. I would stay again and the location was great!!

Sofa and Murphy bed were not cleaned between previous tenant and our party. When we first went down to the beach we double checked our door to make sure it was locked and you had to mess with it to make sure it locked or else someone could easily enter the room. Apparently it’s a well known thing because we had someone try to break into our room around 11pm our first night. Wasn’t our best stay at a hotel.

We booked this to have one night that all the kids could spend together. My sisters children and mine. It was perfect as it said it slept 8. When we got ready for bed, we found that there was no pillows or blankets available for the pull out couch bed nor the Murphy bed. I messaged but didn’t hear back until the next morning. My sister and kids ended up going to a different hotel so they could sleep comfortably.

No balcony (was told against HOA) however, other rooms had a balcony and a sliding door. The unit we had was just a tall window. No fresh air and we could see the pool and the people sitting right in front of the window. It was very awkward, and not what we expected when you pay for an ocean view. Also, there was no closet space.

Put in a maintenance request, received an email that a technician will contact me shortly. Never saw or heard from the host or technician about the issue I had with the guest bathroom light. Also, I contacted the host because no wristbands were in my room for the pool. I never received a response about this and had to go to the front desk upon her return to get wristbands. The front desk representative told me to make sure I let them know that she gave the wristbands to me.

The room was super neglected, old and outdated, not cleaned properly and so many things didn't work. Washer machine was broken, the TV in the room broken, ice maker broken. The kitchen was updated but didn't even have a toaster! So I thought I would toast in the over but there were no baking sheets or pans to do that.
