Probably one of my favorite VRBO stays. The apartment and the building are beautiful. The clothes dryer actually works. The apartment is clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great communication from the host. The location is amazing. Everything is walkable stores, cafes, restaurants and points of interest. We liked it so much that we were able to extend our stay. Just some info, the actual building is in the middle of a lovely shopping area. You will have to walk your luggage down the street a bit. The street is smooth and easy to maneuver.

It’s very clean and well furnished. The staff is friendly, and the place is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. The surroundings are great—it’s within a few minutes’ walk of the stores and the local market.

Beautiful apartment, very modern, super clean, very well furnished and provided all required facilities for a very comfortable stay. Location is brilliant, very central and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants but quite inside the property even when the streets and bustling. Taxi ranks, bus stop and baggage storage all very nearby. Communication with staff was excellent. Loved it!

Needs to provide more written information

There was very little information provided at the room. As a result we could not find the clothes washer/drier. No information about Heraklion (and the city tourist information was closed throughout our stay). Luckily another hotel gave us a map. No information about the heating and hot water systems. The lady who serviced the room was very helpful. There was a QR code that might have provided information, but I could not access it - perhaps because the wifi was was rather slow.
