Everything was very clean, and comfortable. Amazing views and quiet space for great vacations. Hosts are very attentive and always willing to solve any inconvenient that could present. I’ll definitely will return.

The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. She kept in touch on daily basis to make sure we have everything that we needed at the residence. Kudos to her and her rental team.

We didn’t have hot water for the first few days , but eventually was resolved . They claimed we stained some beach towels so now we’re being charged. The towels were only used to lay on the chairs and sand . We washed clothes, and had to get rid of a shirt due to it being damaged by a stain caused by either the dryer or washer .

Very poor experience This property is a disappointment. There is fraud with the deposit, cockroaches, burnt pans, and a lack of necessary cooking utensils. The elevator leaked during rain, and there were frequent power outages. The surrounding area is not treated for cockroaches or mosquitoes. I do not recommend staying here.
