Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again.

This is a great property if you are staying in London for a long period of time. The washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The location was a little bit out of the way from Central London so if you’re there for a short vacation it’s not ideal.

Lovely property that ticked most of the boxes, but for the fact that they provide no direct access car parking in the building. One has to park in a car park quite a way from the main building and that makes for unnecessary hassle when one has mobility issues and sizeable luggages requiring multiple trips to another road where the car park is located and walk back all the way.

The property manger canceled my booking and the-assigned me to another property in a different location that I never wanted nor would have preferred without ANY notification until my arrival in London on the day I was to check into the Greenford property. Despite having ample opportunity to notify me in advance by various methods eg e-mail , sms , WhatsApp. I found this very very stressful and unprofessional.
