Really excellent, helpful service from the desk staff at this quite new small hotel, close to the centre of Ponta Delgada. The apartment was very generously sized, and well appointed.

Absolutely 10/10! We were so surprised that our unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Total bonus, as we were expecting one bedroom and one bathroom. Everything was top notch, the breakfast was fabulous and the front desk was extremely helpful! The daily WhatsApp messages to give suggestions and help with any requests (like booking reservations) was the best. Free, underground parking was great. Expectations exceeded big time! Will definitely return!

5-star luxury apt stay A++!

Absolutely 5-star gem of an accommodation! We arrived early morning from Newark and were warmly welcomed by the staff, they stored our luggage and did everything they could to get our room readied. Over the next few days we went cliff diving, swimming, trekking, sightseeing and enjoyed a tremendous variety of delicious Portuguese cuisine and were given excellent local tips on weather/tides/whale sightings and more from the extremely informative staff. The amenities were brand new and worked extremely well: hot tub, pool, gym, sauna and more.

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!
