If you want a quiet and walkable area near the beach. Close and far away from the main attractions, this property is good. It was not what i expected especially from the pictures shown. There is no ocean view due to the trees and the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower

A good apt/hotel, clean with a good breakfast. Your opinion changes when you lie down in bed: the ceiling is made of concrete, like my garage!!! The area is dangerous. Park your car in a secure parking lot. I found the window of my car broken. It seems to happen almost every night.

Transport into the city centre is quite expensive so if you’ll be travelling into barcelona city centre while staying here you need to consider this. Great place though - breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful.

Overall a good stay Fresh/new. Equipped w a small kitchenette with Microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed and great AC! Close to the beach A nice big common area to eat and socialize. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would only recommend the rooms have a small lamp :) next to bed. Gracias!
