We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was very clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Porto on foot. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, especially during a longer trip. If we return to Porto for another multi-day visit, we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The 🚭Studio Suite, Balcony is NEW CLEAN TIDY! WiFi is good with Smart TV (YouTube) The location of the apartment is excellent…few minutes walk from Porto São Bento train station… Near the popular tourist attractions…within 15-30 mins walk… A local supermarket “Pin-go Doce - Passos Manuel” is just 500m/10 mins walk…good for Fresh Produce, Meat, Seafood and Grocery shopping! Though it is non-human reception, WhatsApp communication is with prompt responses！ Don’t forget to bring along USB CHARGER!!! Stay 4 nights in July2026

All good except the checkin process which was painfull. We had to spend something as 1h finding direct contacts to the property to obtain the check-in details.

The hotel is in a secluded location, so you'll be able to disconnect easily. In terms of cleanliness, the facilities seemed to have been renovated or built recently but we found a dead bug under one of our pillows. Overall, it's a nice stay for some quite time from the city.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The balcony was one of our favorite features, offering beautiful views of the city and the perfect place to relax. The complimentary coffee was much appreciated and a great way to start each day. Having both a washer and dryer in the unit was incredibly convenient, especially during a longer stay. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. And the location—location, location! This property is right in the heart of Porto, within walking distance of the city's top attractions, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to see and do. We rarely needed transportation. My only suggestion, offered simply to help make an already excellent property even better, is to pay a little more attention to the shower area. There appears to be some black mold developing. Aside from that, the apartment was immaculate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. 10/10

Quaint space just like photos depicted. Good location. Easy to access (follow the instruction early when they provide them). Handy washer/dryer combo in-suite. Only challenge was trying to figure out how to control the temperature in the unit. Overall, great spot for us and our trip.

Walkable from major attractions. It’s clean and spacious. Love that it has a fully equipped kitchen though we didn’t have time to use during our stay. Our room was the accessible room and located on the ground, it can be a bit noisy in the morning and with a little privacy issue. Needa walk a bit of ramp to go up to the hotel. But overall the room was superb if you don’t mind a little noise and slope. Will definitely book again if I come to Porto next time.

We spent three hours in the cold and dark trying to get access into the building. Prior to arriving, we didn’t receive the email telling procedures for access. We call the support people eight times for help to get the access code. The elevator would not take us to the 4th floor, but would come to the 4th to take us down. Very clean and quiet.

Check in not good

Complicated self check in, most annoyance was despite early check in was granted, email was only sent to customer 30 minutes earlier than official check in time and with no access code at all.

I was provided a wheelchair accessible studio even though I never select such a type or option. The confirmation email shows a image that my selection but had nothing to do with the studio I was provided. The blame was but on my for not understanding that "studio - wheelchair accessible" meant I had been booked into a studio specifically designed for people with disabilities, and on a ground floor and just next to the entrance, mensing it was very loud. Wheelchair accessible is something someone understands as reported referring to the entire property, not my specific booking. I never booked it and after 20+ hours nobody did anything to provide me with correct studio, I was refused a refund and forced to pay for a change to a much more expensive duplex at the top floor. That studio was good, until I discovered a mechanical device, a pump, was making loud noises every 10-20 minutes. I had to be behind the property to have it resolved, the claimed twice that it was, but it was never resolved and I did not sleep one night with shallow sleep waking up every 10-20 minutes. I tried earplugs but it was not enough to resolve it for me. In the end, I shoukd not require earplugs to sleep in a holiday property! It was a complete disaster that ruined my vacation!

Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá!
