Bom dia Achei excelente em todos os sentidos, um método moderno e sem complicações e em caso de necessidade se tem um suporte, o ambiente super agradável e tudo equipado para quem esta a passeio ou a trabalho, foi uma escolha perfeita e sempre que viajar irei dar preferencia a esse Hotel aonde estiver e recomendo, ate a próxima estadia.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, bem completo, ótima cama e chuveiro, bem limpo, amplo e bem mobiliado. Minha única ressalva é em relação ao suporte de atendimento. Tanto no check in quanto no check out. Não obtive nenhum retorno ou atendimento por nenhum meio de comunicação. (WhatsApp, interfone ou numero de contato indicado) se atentem nesta situação para não ocorrer decorrentes transtornos.

Foi tudo excelente. Processo de check-in super fácil, um dia antes recebi as instruções e não tive problemas. O quarto estava bem limpo e a localização foi perfeita para o evento do qual participei, no Cais Embarcadero, e também foi conveniente para conhecer alguns pontos turísticos como o Mercado Público, Farol Santander, MARGS e a Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana.

Apenas uma observação quanto ao rooftop. Eu esperava ser um espaço para hóspedes, queria muito ver o pôr do sol no Guaiba, mas é um bar e estava com reservas esgotadas, o que me frustrou um pouco.
