Checked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and the WiFi didn’t work during the duration of my stay. WiFi was working on lower floors, however. Consider this if you’re booking a room with a terrace. I’ve stayed here in the past, but this stay was disappointing.

Room was a bit rundown, many wear and tear. Customer service is good and prompt. Laundry is in basement but required to download an app to use. Location is excellent with lots of food options and supermarkets around. 10-15 mins to Wien station but not travel friendly if you have big luggages as the road condition is quite bad yet its too near for a taxi to be willing to pickup.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Keplerstrasse subway station, so it takes some 10 minutes to the city center. 8 minutes walk away is Hauptbahnhof, with convenient connection to the airport, and obviously to locations al over Austria. The room was spacious, the bed - comfortable, and blackout curtains and roll windowblinds did their job well.

Great stay in Vienna and the apt unit was spacious and clean. It is 5 mins walk from the main station and steps away from a shopping blvd with a lots of restaurants and multiple super markets. It is steps away from the U line but one can walk to the city center in 30 mins. Highly recommended.
