Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Nice location and big appartment. However the experience was just horrible and simply ruined our holiday. As soon as I got into the apartment I found a mouse running in the kitchen, I immediately called the "customer service". The good thing about their service is they answer almost right away but simply never find a solution. It is a landline apparently only to hear the problem but never found any solutions to all the previous requests we had and essentially the big mouse issue we had. They said they cannot send someone now as it as night but tomorrow morning, the pest company only came around 3.30 pm the next day! After a few seconds of opening the kitchen closets, he found at least 7 mouses dead in their traps in different areas. That means the owner knows about it but simply tries to hide it to his customers. After he left we found in the room another mouse running downstairs. It was in the middle of the afternoon, after calling and begging the "customer service" we tell me that they cannot send the company and they will send it the next day. No one came the next day nor the day after until we left. The flush downstairs did not work properly, when we left the apartment the plumber came. That clearly means the management does not care at all about their customers. No solution and no compensation was offered. Besides moving to another apartment for the next day after we had mouses for 2 days, this had to be done before. We were there 4n only

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Tolle, sehr gediegene, ruhige und sichere Lage in Belgravia, aber nur 5 Gehminuten von der Victoria Station (Metro) mit sehr guter Infrastruktur entfernt. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, die sich im Souterrain befinden, sehr flexibel. Wohn- und Esszimmer ist sehr elegant und geräumig. Teilweise ist das Appartement aber in die Jahre gekommen, Küche und Bäder könnten mal renoviert werden. Es ist zwar alles da, was man braucht, aber doch nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit. Kommunikation mit der Vermietergesellschaft ist sehr gut, der gesamte organisatorische Ablauf ebenfalls.
