The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.
The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch) is not comfortable to lounge in. We also wished the spa area (sauna and hot tub) was available outside of 3-9pm. We visited in May which is one of two construction months in Zermatt; so there were cranes, helicopters and construction going on full swing. The other month to be wary of is October. this is not the property's responsibility; but just FYI.
