Great location and enjoyed our first floor oceanfront unit. Only complaint is the condition of the chaise lounges on the pool deck. We’d stay here again.

Wonderful rental for the price. Great ocean view. We had bad weather for our stay but the resort had activities we enjoyed. In good weather they have putt putt, an outdoor pool, a beautiful sun deck overlooking the beach and a fire pit. It’s a perfect location, close to good restaurants and shopping.

A perfect retreat! The apartment was beautifully decorated with new furniture, top of the line kitchen/island, linens soft and white as snow, and a covered balcony overlooking the ocean. I didn’t want to leave! Also, being a resort, there were planned activities for the entire day.

Room was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry in room was a bonus for multiple night stay. Right on the beach, great neighborhood. Great pool and amenities on site. Beach was great too. Lots of activities also throughout the week run by the resort. Kids loved it. Will be back for sure.

Absolutely love this place, this was our third year staying here. They have mini golf, pool table, ping pong table, tiki bar, two pools and hot tubs. Lots of stuff to do at the resort and very friendly staff.

This is a timeshare resort. I was bothered from the time I checked in , until the day I was leaving by a sales person. I explained several times that I’m here to ride my motorcycle and relax. They kept asking why my wife wasn’t with me. Not every adult male happens to vacation with their spouse, especially at bike week.

The resort is lovely and has great beach access! The pool is on the small side for so large a place, but it was clean. The tiki bar and mini golf were fun attractions and during the summer it seems like they have planned resort activities and snacks throughout the day. It was great stay! My one and only complaint is the parking. It is simply abysmal. Cramped and underground with a bad odor in the garage and some of the pipes over head were dripping. If you have a larger vehicle like we do, it’s hard to maneuver and we bumped the top our SUV going underneath to park. Because it was so hard to find a good parking space, we either had food delivered or walked to local places. This was fun, and allowed us to try new things, I just felt confined a bit, and I did want to go out a little more. Overall, 4/5 rating. Idk how they’d fix the parking so since I plan on staying again, I’ll just Uber if I want to leave lol

We got a room that had bugs all over the living room when we showed up. Then a massive rain storm hit (per usual in FL) and when we came back from lunch I slipped on a pool of standing water in the entrance because the front door had a break in the threshold . Not to mention the front door and balcony door wouldn’t lock correctly because of the weather proofing on the doors were deteriorated. Then I sat on the couch to relax… only to get water leaking on my head from the ceiling. Then I opened the wooden blinds and I had paint all over my hands from probably a different leak that they tried to cover up. Also rust all over the inside of the dishwasher and we were next to a unit with constant construction

The hotel was fine but we have problems in the check in with the paying method. They only give us the option to pay cash because their card port does not take our credit cards, we try with 4 of them. We have to use the ATM that they have and cost us a lot more, because of the fees. Our cards were functioning good in all the places we used them but somehow in the hotel they didn’t pas through. At first they tried to point the problem on our cards.

I think there are not more reviews because people want to keep this secret. It was spotless and looked better than the pictures. It was quiet and a wonderful stay. The only possible cons that are the same as most places are the main door is loud when closing it and parking can be a little bit challenging certain days. We will be back yearly. It is a great value and beautiful view.

We loved our room in the south tower! Had our own private access to the beach. Clean room and lots of activities at the resort! The tiki hut also had amazing and affordable drinks!
