At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do.

The pool area was wonderful and the best part. Loved how the main pool was only 3’6” deep. Perfect for kids to stand up in and perfect for adults to swim. They did have a lifeguard. I was disappointed that the cabin we rented appeared to need a deep clean especially for the price we paid. I did like the set up of the cabin though.

I couldn't say enough on how beautiful, warm, clean, quiet, easy check-in and check out process. My kids didn't want to leave. Everything was great, fridge, lights, stove, dish washer, beds (the best) bathroom. Everything was great, and the space we very well used. Center location to everything you would need.

Mouse droppings and ants throughout the cabin. No water pressure in the shower plus the drain was clogged. Floors were filthy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Checked out after one night after waking up to mouse droppings in bed.

There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient

Love their cabins, stayed in them 2-4 times in last few years (usually pull our camper down in summer to stay here),cabins are always very clean and comfortable we always like to come for halloween haunt fest and Christmas winterfest at kings island prefer cabins to hotels, got to give shout out to their staff really helpful and friendly thank you!

I have stayed many times here. I like that you have your own cabin. Was clean and conformable. My only wish was a dining room table would have been nice. They might have one in the larger cabin. Overall great place to stay.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay! Definitely going back next summer. Be sure to book golf carts and cabana’s prior to your trip because they rent out quick. Staff was so friendly and just overall family fun.
